Working with Bre to plan our Disney World vacation was so awesome! She was very helpful by presenting all options available for our trip and by helping us select what would be best for our family. She was always more than willing to answer any question I had during the planning process and while we were actually on our trip. Communication was never lacking! She created and sent us an itinerary specific to our vacation which allowed us to see everything planned in one place. She explained and helped us understand how to navigate the new Genie + and Lightening Lane options for rides and because of this we were able to ride all premier rides and others that we wanted to ride without any long lines or waits. As for our experience with you, I most appreciated when we could have one-to-one phone conversations about my specific questions and I like that you didn't have a prescribed way to do any day at any park but rather supported and encouraged our decisions. You were so responsive to questions via text and made me feel like a rock star after all the anxiety of hoping to crush Disney. She was readily and always available to resolve any issues we had during our vacation, but we did not have to reach out to her at all while in Disney because of all of her flawless preparations!
