Hello! My name is Amy and I am a vacation planner for Platinum Mouse. I'm so excited to be part of this experienced team! I fell in love with Disney 10 years ago when I first traveled there with my husband, daughter and son, who has multiple food allergies. I was absolutely floored by the care we received from the chefs and their tremendous attention to detail along with their creative talents to provide fantastic meals. We had an incredible first trip and I was immediately hooked on the Magic!
Since then my family and I have been traveling to Disney multiple times a year enjoying the attractions, rides, entertainment and great restaurant choices for our son’s dietary restrictions. Each trip we continue to explore the parks and resorts for food allergy options. I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge over the past decade and feel a desire and a sense of obligation to share this with those looking for a great vacation experience. The next logical step was to join this wonderful team and help others plan amazing vacations that will create lifelong treasured memories just like we did!
That being said, I can’t wait to share my tips and help make the process of booking a vacation easier for you. I know how stressful it can be, as I remember planning our first trip, like it was yesterday. Looking back, I would have totally appreciated the guidance from someone that had first hand knowledge of the parks, restaurants and all the many options available to enhance our vacation experience. Now I can provide that to you, and my planning is completely free.
Guiding clients in choosing the correct hotel, setting up the My Disney Experience App, choosing restaurants with your eating habits and concerns in mind, park ticket options, Disney's Magical Express, ordering magic bands, and how to set up fast passes are only the start of what I can offer. I know it can be overwhelming! I'm here to make the process as smooth as possible and to ensure no detail is overlooked.
